So your house is a little dirty, how do you clean it?
I get this question almost every day. Your house has a little dirt here and a little dirty there. For those who have been asking, I’ve made a short post to explain.
1. Put on the closest thing you own to a hazmat suit
A hazmat suit (or a decontamination suit) is recommended for many Sunday cleaning projects. If you are just moving to a new house and need one you can always pick one up from Gamut for about $700 – $900. I recommend the Encapsulated Suit because of the durable quality and comfort for cleaning. If you don’t have the budget for the recommended hazmat suit a costume one from Amazon will at least make you feel a little safer and look the part.
2. Spray Lysol Disinfectant Spray all around the general area
Just use as much Lysol as you can. It can only kill more bacteria. this is your home, you decide what lives in it.
3. Drench toilet in Clorox Bleach
I mean it. Your average toilet needs at least 3 bottles of Clorox Bleach sprayed over it weekly. Keep it white and keep the bad bacteria off it.
4. Leave the room and let the Clorox soak for about an hour
Go ahead and go for a walk at this point. Enjoy some of your day and then come back and worry about steps 5 and 6.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4
Better safe tan sorry. Repeat the previous 2 steps to insure your home is good and safe from bad germs and nasty dirty toilets.
