1. Ventilate your bathroom during showers and baths
You know that fan you turn on to get rid of smells? It’s great for getting moisture out of the bathroom as well. Another great way to ventilate is by propping open a window. Ether method helps a ton just be sure to ventilate during and up to 30 minutes after you have exited the shower or tub to be sure most moisture is gone.
2. Squeegee shower walls and doors after showering
This step only takes a second and can help coral water away from areas where mold will typically build up and down the drain.
3. Don’t leave wet clothes or towels sitting around
Make sure all wet towels are hanging up in areas where air is circulating. This can not only cut back on the chance of mildew and mold but also keep your bathroom smelling clean and keep your laundry fresh for longer.
